The Center of the Dreamscape is the constantly shifting area of the Dreamscape, where life and consciousness itself first appears. All life passes through it before it enters the rest of the world, but it does not belong to any one individual, and thus is hard to access again. Reality there is very fluid, shaped and reshaped by simple thoughts.
During the events of the game it is home to the Other Victors, an endless number of copies of Victor Neff himself, going in a constant loop of creation and death, wishing one another into existence. Each Victor eventually goes off to their own private spot and shapes it to their own desires.
The geography of the Center is impossible to plot; any attempt at making a map will fail as the world changes. Certain small areas can be charted, areas where other Victors can be found. Using these maps it is possible to rearrange the Center as well, altering geography further.
