Chapter 3 - "A boat beneath a sunny sky" is the third chapter of The Dream Machine, and the first to be released as DLC, 10 months after the original release of the first two chapters.
Synopsis[]
Entering his wife's dream, Victor finds himself on the SS Albatross, a flying cruise ship, run by Captain Alicia Neff and her crew, multiple copies of Victor Neff himself. Mistaken for the newest crew member, the regular Victor must solve the mysterious disappearance of Victor Eleven.
